Forrest is the company owner and has been in the general contracting company for 25 years, specializing in window and door installation for 15 years. He has built his company up from one contractor and helper to over fifteen that span throughout the state. Forrest’s mission statement is to provide 100% customer satisfaction and quality work every single install.
Nikki
Nikki is our Office Manager and lead on all of our administrative needs. She has been with the company since its origination. She is meticulous and organized. She strives to ensure customer satisfaction by making sure everything behind the scenes is working as efficiently as possible.
Brian
Brian is the Middle Tennessee Market quality control manager. He has been with the company for 4 years and in the field for 15 years. He is committed to 100% customer satisfaction by keeping up with his installers job sites, completing work orders, being prompt and on time to every appointment.
Kari
Kari is our scheduling supervisor. She is responsible for making sure all orders are scheduled in a timely manner while also scheduling details, installs, and work orders. She ensures customer satisfaction by making sure all of the tasks and projects are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Ashley
Ashley is our Scheduler and is one of the people who will be calling to schedule your detail measurement, installation, or work order. She easily handles all customer and installer phone calls while efficiently scheduling her installers. She provides customer satisfaction by promptly answering or returning phone calls and scheduling jobs as quickly as possible.
Mason
Mason is our Operations Coordinator and has been with company for 2 years. He is behind the scenes on all decking jobs from beginning to end and does other things for the company as well. He will be the voice you hear when scheduling your deck installation or work order. He provides customer satisfaction by ensuring the deck install process goes as smooth as possible.
